Some residential models in select sizes, design and color may be in stock and available for delivery as quick as 2 weeks. This will vary from region to region, but generally speaking the following doors will be in stock:
Stratford 1000 ; 2000 & 3000 in the short panel design
- 8’ ; 9’ & 16’ wide (White and Almond)
- 10’ & 18’ wide (White only)
Orders for non-stock steel doors will typically be ready for delivery to your site from our nearest door center within 3 to 4 weeks. Orders for the Jeld-Wen wood composite doors will require 5-6 weeks for delivery. You will be contacted for delivery scheduling by someone from one of our numerous Door Centers located nation-wide. The various door components are packaged in light weight bundles for easy off-loading. Delivery drivers can usually assist in unloading doors.

INSTALLATION HELP IS JUST A CLICK AWAY!
Anyone who has above average mechanical skills and is able to follow detailed yet easy to read instructions, should be able to safely install sectional garage doors with extension springs or the "simple set torsion spring system". Standard torsion spring doors should always be installed by a professional. Since we have no way of knowing your skills, we recommend all overhead doors be installed by a professional.
Most residential doors offered from DoorsOn-Line have the option of of the "simple set torsion spring system", which allows the do-it-yourselfers to install their doors safely and easily with common tools. All commercial doors will only be available as standard torsion. Complete installation manuals can be downloaded when you click the Installation Help button.
NEED A SPECIAL QUOTE?
If you need a door for a special application or require a special size, click the Special Order Doors button. Special applications might include vertical lift, high lift, or follow-the-roof-line lift. NOTE: If you do not see your door size listed on the Residential or Commercial Door Pages, you have a special order door. For researching and quoting your door, simply select the next higher standard size. That will provide you with accurate pricing information. Once you have quoted your door, click "Save My Quote". When you are ready to buy, contact us with your quote name and the correct sizing using the Special Order Doors page. We will then process your order manually.

CLAIMS AND CANCELATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of original order date and time. After 24 hours orders cannot be cancelled. Due to the custom nature of garage doors, all sales are final. Once an order has been delivered to the Buyer's location, it may not be returned unless a manufacturer's defect is determined or damage has occurred in transit.
