Residential Garage Doors
Steel Raised Panel Style
Steel Raised Panel Style doors have been time tested for decades. You'll find several models that offer value to budget conscious builders, as well as buyers looking for the highest quality. Single layer un-insulated doors are available in either 24 gauge or 25 gauge steel. Economical 2-layer (steel + insulation) doors are available in 2 different gauges of steel. In addition, good thermal protection is provided by using laid in sheets of 1-7/16” polystyrene insulation with a laminated vinyl backer. Our top-of-the-line 3-layer (steel + insulation + steel) models offer superior thermal protection and the added strength from 2 steel skins bonded to the insulation core. Pro-Bond silicone seal unites the two steel surfaces at each joint, which creates a double thermal barrier. The Wear Seal between each section, also adds thermal protection.
Safety is Built-in
The new section profiles are designed to reduce the risk of serious finger and hand injuries. Flush mount inboard design center hinges and end hinges, have most of its action hidden inside the door, leaving no room for even the smallest fingers to get pinched, plus they give a smooth appearance from the inside of the garage.
Years of Reliability
Our steel raised panel models will give many years of low maintenance performance. All steel doors are manufactured from galvanized steel, which is pre-painted with a baked-on-finish. Some models are available with warranties good for “life”.
